Generally speaking,silicone baking mat is made of E-glass fiber woven mesh(300g to 330g/m2)and then coated with food grade silicone(600g/m2).The thickness of silicone baking mat is from 0.7mm to 1.0mm.For pastry mat,it is made of E-glass fabric 7628 style(205g/m2) and then coated with food grade silicone(340g/m2) and print the logos and graphics on the surface.The thickness of pastry mat is 0.4mm,540g/m2.In this case,the unit price of silicone baking mat is much more higher than pastry mat because of more thickness and unit weight.
